The critically endangered Southern River Terrapin can be found in versatile aquatic environments, including freshwater wetlands and rivers as well as the coastal marine habitats of Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand. Their flattened shells and webbed feet allow them to be hydrodynamic, making them excellent swimmers!
