Check out our online calendar for upcoming Snow Leopard Days.
TULSA, Okla. (November 7, 2018) – Bundle up and save at the Tulsa Zoo. The zoo’s first Snow Leopard Day is Thursday, Nov 8, 2018. Guests will receive half off regular admission this Thursday — and when the projected high temperature is 50 degrees Fahrenheit or below.
Snow Leopard Days will be determined by close of business the day prior, based on projections from WeatherOps. Check zoo social media and this website for updates.
Grizzly bears, Arctic foxes, Siberian cranes, river otters and, of course, snow leopards love the cold — they playfully romp around snow-covered spaces and even enjoy chilly, snow-free days. Winter truly transforms the zoo into a wonderland for many of the animals.
New viewing windows, like at the Osage Casino & Hotel Giraffe Barn and at the Mary K. Chapman Rhino Reserve, provide guests with an up-close view of these magnificent, warmer-climate species year-round. And take a break from the cold in any of our indoor exhibits, like the Rainforest, Conservation Center, Lost Kingdom and four-building Robert J. LaFortune WildLIFE Trek.
About Snow Leopard Days: The Tulsa Zoo will determine eligible discount days before 5 p.m. the day prior. Discounts are available only on announced dates. Not valid with other offers or for special events. Good for regular admission only. Last ticket sold at 4:30 p.m., gates close at 5 p.m. Zoo attractions are weather dependent; check the Plan Your Day page for availability.
