Nature’s Night Owls
You don’t have to be a kid to enjoy the zoo! We offer a variety of adventures to fuel your passion for wildlife. Nature’s Night Owls is a new-to-the-zoo series for single adults 21 years and older.
Interested in learning how to hold an owl? Want to teach children about tigers? Volunteer as a Docent in the Tulsa Zoo’s Education department. The zoo is searching for adults who enjoy being outdoors, helping others learn, working with animals and meeting new people. Cox Nature Exchange
The COX Nature Exchange allows guests to bring in a natural object of interest, learn more about its place in the natural world and select something else to continue the journey toward understanding and respect for all things found in the world around us. Overnights offer an after-hours exploration of the zoo, complete with a night hike and animal presentations. Evening and overnight programs are available for organized groups, or you can join one of the seasonal zoo-scheduled programs. Don’t forget your sleeping bag!
