The 5k and 10k races are certified by USA Track & Field. The courses wind through Mohawk Park and end inside the Tulsa Zoo. The St. John Fun Run takes place entirely on zoo grounds. View a map of the courses here.
You MUST be inside the Mohawk Park gates and parked by 8:30 am. The gates close at this time for the safety of the runners. No exceptions and no refunds will be given due to late arrival. Gates will reopen at 10 a.m.
To avoid race day congestion, you can access the main zoo parking lot by using the alternate zoo entrance. You will turn on North Winston Avenue, which is just west of Yale Avenue off of East 36th Street North. Winston Avenue merges with Mohawk Boulevard. Follow Mohawk Boulevard around the golf course directly into the zoo parking lot.
Sheridan experiences the most traffic; East 36th street can also be accessed via Harvard and Yale.
