Families of the runners can enter the zoo for free until 10 a.m. to cheer runners at the finish line. All of the proceeds from ZooRun go toward building a better Tulsa Zoo.
Sponsors for this event have the opportunity to provide promotional materials in the goody bags distributed to every runner and are included on on-site signage. Logo recognition is available depending on the level of sponsorship. The annual run takes place the first Saturday of October.
HallowZOOeen – October 27-31
Sponsorship Levels: $5,000, $3,000, $2,000
HallowZOOeen is a premier spooky (but not-too scary) trick-or-treat event for the whole family! The zoo offers an alternative to traditional Halloween activities, and gives more than 21,000 children each year a safe place to enjoy the holiday. Activities include company sponsored Goblin Stops full of treats.
HallowZOOeen offers AMAZING promotional opportunities in front of thousands of people at your Tulsa Zoo including not only the 17,000 guests, but families that enjoy the zoo throughout the end of October. In addition, all sponsors are given the opportunity to display banners on grounds during HallowZOOeen and give out promotional materials to all of our guests during the event. This is a wonderful and cost effective way to reach more than 17,000 people at the end of October! Logo recognition is available depending on the level of sponsorship.
Each sponsor is asked to provide volunteers to hand out candy at the Goblin Stop all five nights. A volunteer dinner is provided each night, and the best part is that Tulsa Zoo Management, Inc. will provide, store and replenish your candy every evening. It’s so easy to be a sponsor, it’s frightening!
