(Jan. 14, 2019) – The Tulsa Zoo invites federal employees and contractors, and their immediate families, impacted by the partial government shutdown to enjoy the zoo.
Bring valid federal ID or badge for free admission, including admission for family members in the household. The offer is effective immediately through the duration of the shutdown.
“As a 90-year member of the Tulsa community, the zoo looks for ways to give back while living our mission,” says Vice President of Philanthropy & Community Engagement Lindsay Hutchison. “Our hope is families affected by the furlough will come enjoy the zoo and get inspired by our animal ambassadors.”
Free admission offer is available during regular business hours and not applicable to special, paid events. See what’s happening at the zoo at tulsazoo.org.
