Rides & Attractions

ONEOK Safari Train and Arvest Wildlife Carousel

10 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. daily

For guest safety and comfort, the train and carousel operate when temperatures are 50 degrees Fahrenheit and above; the train will close in case of lightening or when the heat index reaches 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

$1.50 per ticket for non-members
$1 per ticket for Zoo Friends members
Children ages 2 and under ride the train for free; all carousel riders require a ticket.

Purchase tickets at Admissions, Crane Depot or Sea Lion Station

Train One-Way = 1 ticket
Travel between Crane Depot and Sea Lion Station.

Train Round Trip = 2 tickets
One full lap around the zoo. At times, to accommodate crowds, we offer only one-way train rides. Make it a round trip by exiting the train and getting back in line at the next station. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Carousel = 1 ticket

Zooper Passes
One-day wristband for unlimited train and carousel rides.
$5.50 per person for non-members
$4 per person for members

Camel Tours
10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, weather permitting
Want a new way to view the Zoo? How about taking a tour atop a Dromedary Camel?  Climb on up and experience a trip around our camel path, located near the Chimpanzee Connection. Camel tours are available March 12 through Oct. 31; hours based on weather and attendance. Purchase tickets at Admissions or the Camel Tour station.

The Hardesty Gem Dig at the COX Nature Exchange
10 a.m. – 5 p.m. daily, weather permitting
Dig for buried treasure at the gem dig and keep what you find. We have all kinds of gems, rocks and minerals to discover beneath the sand. Swish mining rough through our sluice to uncover fossils and gems. What’s in your pan is yours to keep.

Children’s Zoo
Open seasonally, weather permitting.
The Children’s Zoo lets kids get up close with small farm animals. Petting is encouraged. We even supply the hand sanitizer.
